Fender Stratocaster - 2004 Custom Shop Eric Clapton Mercedes Blue in Cambuslang, South Lanarkshire for sale

This is a beautiful guitar, made by Fender's top guitar makers, to specifications set by Mr Clapton. It has never gigged, played only occasionally, and is therefore in almost perfect condition. There is one 'hairline' scratch in the laquer on the back, which is only visible if looing for it, and angling the guitar to the light. Otherwise I'd easily describe it as 'mint'. Tweed flight case, and all original case candy, including Fender lead and strap, are also in very good condition. Fender's TBX active circuitry gives the player the option of boosting the mid range via the tone control, perfect to cut through the mix when moving into a solo. Block Tremelo You may notice the tremolo on this guitar has been blocked off. This is a common practise among guitar players but rarely done by the manufacturer. Clapton believes that a blocked tremolo, rather than a traditional hardtail bridge, gives you better tone and more character. The tremolo has the usual removable arm incase you want to change it back to a traditional tremolo setup.
